　 　学院座落在江西省新余市仙女湖风景区，校园占地面积六百多亩，建筑面积12万平方米，固定资产一亿多元，学院每年投入近千万元进行教学设施改造。现已拥有四栋教学大楼、十二栋学生公寓、另有办公大楼、实验楼、图片馆等；拥有实训场地32个，如物理实验室、化学实验室、电子电工实验室、语音室、微机室、数控实习中心、应电实习室、闭路教学室等专业教学设施；拥有全省为数不多的三栋可同时供钳、焊、车、铣、钻、汽修等专业1000余人生产实习的标准实习厂房；拥有国家标准的足球运动场、18个篮球场、乒乓球场、排球场、羽毛球场、影剧院等文体活动场；拥有五个学生食堂、医务所、招待所等完善的后勤服务设施。
